Hearing the name of pizza or watching a pizza ad on TV literally makes your mouth water. Different types of pizza are available in the market. Pizzas with different bases and different toppings will captivate you. But now in the time of corona if you don't want pizza from the market then you can prepare different types of pizza with your own hands at home.  Actually making pizza at home is very easy.

Bread Pizza

The easiest and quickest way to make pizza is bread pizza. You don't need to buy a pizza base or make a pizza base for this. Also, everyone has bread for breakfast at home. So this type of pizza is very easy and can be made anytime.



Material -

Approximately four slices of bread

A spoonful of butter

A chopped onion

A chopped tomato

A chopped capsicum

Baby corn

Chopped mushrooms

Pizza sauce

Tomato sauce

Spoon oregano

A teaspoon of chili flakes

Grated mozzarella cheese

Salt

Pizza recipe

Saute onion, tomato, and capsicum in a little butter in a pan.

Mix pizza sauce, oregano, and chili flakes as per your liking, and turn off the gas under the pan.

Add salt on top and mix the mixture.

Spread the slices of bread on a pan with butter and fry from one side.

Bake the other side and top with pizza mix or topping bread.

Sprinkle as much mozzarella cheese as desired on top.

Once the cheese is melted, top it with oregano, chili flakes, and sauce, and serve.


Paneer Pizza Recipe 

Paneer is loved by everyone from children to adults. Moreover, it is always in the house as it is needed for daily vegetables and snacks. If the pizza base is purchased, making pizza at home is not difficult.



Materials

Pizza base

A chopped onion

A chopped tomato

One chopped capsicum

Half a bowl of paneer

Pizza recipe

Butter the pizza base.

Spread the pizza sauce and tomato sauce on the pizza base.

Add chopped onion, chopped tomato, capsicum, paneer, and cheese for topping

Place the prepared pizza base in the oven for five minutes.

If you don't have an oven, you can heat it in a pan with a lid.

Top with sauce, black pepper, chili flakes, and salt, and serve.


Veg Pizza Recipe 

The fun of making and eating pizza comes only when the pizza base itself is homemade. That's why for this pizza we are going to tell you how to make a pizza from making a pizza base. 



Material-

Two and a half cups each of wheat flour and maida flour

East

Two spoons of oil

Cheese to taste

Chopped tomatoes

Chopped onion

Chopped capsicum

Cheese

Salt to taste

Warm water

Italian seasoning

Half a spoonful of sugar

Pizza Recipe 

Sift flour and flour first. Butter or oil, salt in it. Add Italian seasoning and mix well.

Make a well in the center of the dough and add sugar and warm water to activate the yeast. After activating the yeast, knead the dough until smooth. Knead the dough until it becomes elastic. Apply oil to the dough ball and keep it in a bowl with a wet cloth on top for five to six minutes. If kept in a warm place, the dough will rise quickly.

Preheat the oven and prepare a tray to bake the pizza

Shape the kneaded dough into a base and place it in a tray and prick the top with a fork.

Bake the pizza base for six to seven minutes at 250 Celcius

Add butter, sauce, tomato, onion, capsicum, salt, and chili flakes to the baked base and bake the pizza for another five minutes.
