Gulab jamun!!
Many people's mouths water at the very mention of Gulab Jamun because it is equally delicious and
delicious. Gulab Jamun is a cow food that is very popular in India and is one of the popular sweets
in India. Gulab Jamun is one of the oldest sweet dishes in India, so this dish is known as a
traditional dish of India. Now gulab jamun is prepared in different ways but in earlier
times gulab Kaman type made from gram flour is very delicious even today many people use
the same method to make gulab jamun. Gulab Jamun is a very popular dish in India and is prepared
at weddings, parties, festivals, and other joyous occasions. Also, this dish is such that we can have it
with dinner or even after dinner.
Gulab jamon balls are made of khawa or mawa pasun and the balls are fried and added to paka.
Today we are going to see the recipe for this popular dish in India in this article.
Ingredients needed to make gulab jamun
Most of the ingredients required for making gulab jamun (except kawa) can be available at home
and if not, we can buy it from the market the kawa we are going to use to make gulab jamun is also
up to us whether we can buy it from the market or make it at home. Now let's see the list of ingredients
required to make Gulab Jamun.
Half a kilo of food (homemade or bought from the market).
• Half a bowl of flour.
• Half a kilo of sugar.
• Half a liter of water.
• 1 tsp cardamom powder.
• Oil (for frying)
The process to make gulab jamun recipe -
Now let us see how to make Gulab Jamun and its process.
Step 1: Steps to Make Pak
• First of all take a deep pot and add half a kilo of sugar in it and take half a liter of water in it.
• Put this mixture on the gas on medium flame and keep stirring until the sugar dissolves. Then add some cardamom powder to it and mix the mixture well.
• Then cook it a little i.e. make raw pak of it and switch off the flame.
• Your pak is ready, now keep it aside for some time.
Recipe 2: The recipe for making Gulab Jamun
• First take the ghee in a big bowl and mix it well.
• Then add half a bowl of flour to it and knead the flour and flour mixture well.
• Cover the kneaded dough for 10 to 15 minutes so that the flour mixes well with the flour.
• After 10 to 15 minutes, roll the husks into small balls. Make balls of all this dough.
• Make all the balls before frying so that while frying the balls, all the balls can be fried at once.
• Now add oil to fry the balls in a pan and heat it on high flame once the oil is hot reduce the gas flame to medium and one by one drop as many balls as you can in the oil and fry well until the balls turn red.
• Drop 4 to 5 balls in the oil in the pan and avoid them i.e. don't overcrowd the pan.
• Fry all the balls in batches like this.
• When the balls in the oil turn reddish in color, remove the balls from the oil and place them on tissue paper to remove the excess oil from the balls.
• Now these balls are slightly cool put them in the paka and gently mix them well in the paka and let them knead in the paka for minutes.
• Your gulab jamun is ready to eat.
