The cake that everyone's mouth is watering and what can we say about chocolate cake many people love chocolate cake and are obsessed to eat chocolate cake and that's why today we are going to see how to make chocolate cake. Nowadays cake cutting has become a custom for any event we see in most events cake is cut and it adds to the joy of the event like the Sugar  Inauguration, any celebration, birthday, or reception party. It is done.

So how much better if we can make cakes at home. We can make different types of cakes at home like plain cake, chocolate cake, mango cake, black forest cake, butterscotch, and many other cakes that are very easy to make. And we can make it at home very easily and add icing to it if we want. Today in this article we are going to see how to make chocolate cake.

Ingredients for making chocolate cake

To make the chocolate cake you need cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, flour, and some other ingredients and cocoa powder, chocolate syrup is not available in our house so we have to bring it from the market but some ingredients are available in our house. Important ingredients for making chocolate are cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, flour, baking soda/powder, and sugar. So now let us see the list of ingredients required to make the cake.



2 cups of flour.

1 cup ghee.

 1 cup of sugar (finely ground/powdered sugar

1 cup of butter.

2 eggs.

1 large cup of milk.

Leave 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.

1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

3 to 4 teaspoons of cocoa powder.

2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup.

 

Recipe to make chocolate  cake

Now let's see how to make a chocolate cake using the above ingredients.

The process to make chocolate –

• While making the chocolate cake, first take the eggs and beat them in a mixer bowl or with a beater

• Then add sugar and flour to it and mix it well and now add butter and mix or beat it well.

• Then add baking soda, baking soda, cocoa powder, and chocolate syrup and mix it well or beat the cake batter well with a beater.

• Now remove the whistle and ring of the cooker in which you are going to bake the cake and place a bowl or plate in it.

• Then butter the entire bowl in which you are going to put the cake batter and dust it with flour so that your cake does not stick to the bowl.

 •Now mix the cake batter well and immediately pour it into the pan you are going to bake the cake in tap the pan 2 to 3 times so that the air in the pan is released and the batter spreads well in the pan.

• Now heat the cooker on gas on high flame and place a bowl of cake batter in it add cashew nuts and raisins to it cover the cooker and cook the cake on high flame for 10 to 15 minutes and then cook the cake on low flame for 25 to 30 minutes.

• After 30 minutes open the lid and check if your cake has risen. Put a knife in it and see if the knife does not stick to the dough, then your cake is baked.

• Now after a while remove the cake pan from the cooker and loosen the edges of the cake and gently remove the cake onto a plate.

• Your chocolate cake is ready. You can also add icing to this cake.
