Cheese Cake

Any birthday party or family celebration is incomplete without cake. Or it should be said that as soon as the name of the party comes up, the cake is the first thing that comes to mind. Cheesecake Day is celebrated every year on July 30 to make the cake a memorable dish. The day is believed to have originated in ancient Greece in the year 1985 and gradually it became the main part of the party all over the world.

Cheesecake, whether baked or cold, is enjoyed around the world. Although the cake is made in many different tastes, the taste of cheesecake is amazing. If you too are thinking of making cheesecake at home this time for the party, then you can make eggless cheesecake with the easy recipe mentioned here.

Ingredients

Cream cheese - 1 cup

Digestive Biscuit - 20-25

Butter - 1/2 cup

Hung Curd  - 1 cup

Condensed milk - 1/4 cup Whipped cream - 1 cup Custard powder - 1 tbsp

How to make

To make eggless cheesecakes, first of all, put digestive biscuits in a grinder and prepare fine powder. Pour this powder into the large bowl.

Combine butter with biscuit powder and mix well. You can also mix it by putting it in the mixer. Keep this mixture in the fridge for half an hour to cool down.

In another bowl, add the cream cheese and hung curd and mix well. To prepare a hung card, you hang the curd in a fine cloth for at least half an hour, so that all the water is removed from it and the curd wheel is ready.

Now take out the biscuit powder from the fridge and add condensed milk and a tablespoon of custard powder to this whole mixture and mix it well. Then mix the whipped cream well in it.

Now put butter paper in a cake tin and pour the prepared mixture into it. Before baking the cake, preheat the oven so that the temperature is uniform.

There should not be any moisture left in the baking dish, for this dry it well, otherwise the cake will not puff up properly.

Now bake the cake till you notice that the edges are slightly puffed, but the center is still white. It will bake for about 40 minutes, but keep an eye on it towards the end so that it doesn't overbake or else it will burst.

Then turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside the oven for 40 minutes. Remove the cheesecake from the oven after 40 minutes, and let it cool at room temperature. Once cooled, cover and refrigerate it for at least six hours, but you can refrigerate it overnight.

Eggless Cheesecake is ready, taste it and enjoy the party.
