Ingredients for making tikki

• 2 potatoes (boiled).

• Half a cup of peas (boiled)

• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.

• Half a teaspoon of chili paste.

• 1 tsp garam masala.

• 1/2 tsp coriander powder.

• 1/4 tsp amchur powder.

• 2 tbsp oil.

• Salt (as per taste).

Ingredients for making burgers

• Make 2 burgers.

• Round slices of 7 to 8 cucumbers.

• Slice 5 to 6 tomatoes round.

• 7 to 8 onion slices.

• Tomato sauce.

• Chaat masala.

• 2 to 3 cheese slices.

Process to make burger recipe

This burger recipe is very easy to make at home and takes very little time. Now let's see how to make a burger using the ingredients given above.

• While making burgers, first peel the boiled potatoes and mash them in a bowl and then add the boiled peas with a little mash.

• Now place a kadai on the heat and add oil to the kadai then add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste and add honey to it add garam masala, amchur powder, coriander powder then add mashed potato and peas and then add salt to taste. And mix it up.

• Now the mixture cools down a bit, make small tikkis out of it and keep it aside for some time.

• Now heat a tawa on gas on medium flame and apply butter to the tawa and keep the tikki and fry the tikki on both sides until it turns reddish in color.

• Now take the burger bunpav and cut it in half so that you can add the tikki to it.

• Now put tomato sauce on one side of that burger bun and then put a slice of cheese on it and then on it round slices of cucumber, tomato and onion and then add some chaat masala on it and then put tikki on it then again on it sweet slices of tomato, cucumber and onion Add and add chaat masala on top and then add some tomato sauce on top and put a slice of cheese on it and then don't put it on and butter the burger pan and heat it gently on both sides.
